15 participants (please bring comfortable clothes to dance in, and a bottle of water) A playful, explorative workshop in the universal language of dance, open to all.
Together through creative exercise, playful tasks and reflection, we will explore what ‘inside’ means to the individual, and how our own personal sense of presence can help us to be ‘here’. We will work with these concepts as a source of power in multiple directions; self expression, agency over our own experience, connecting with others and storytelling.

Maria’s practice as a facilitator is informed by Towards Vivencia (a holistic movement based methodology which cultivates performance presence), heuristic inquiry, contemporary dance & improvisation methods.
